Rajora acted against the All India Services (Conduct) Rules
The State Government have suspended with immediate effect the member of the Madhya Pradesh Revenue Board, Gwalior and the then Health Commissioner, Shri Rajesh Rajora. The State Government had received information about the conduct of Shri Rajora, which was in violation of the provisions specified in the All India Services (Conduct) Rules.
Now, the State Government is satisfied that Shri Rajora has acted against the All India Services (Conduct) Rules. Consequently, the State Government has placed him under suspension with immediate effect, exercising the powers delegated under the All India Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules. During the period of suspension Shri Rajora’s headquarters would be at the Office of the Commissioner, Land Records, Gwalior. During the suspension period, he shall be entitled for sustenance allowance.
