The Mumbaites are taking keen interest in the handicraft and handloom products put on display and sale at the exhibition. It may be mentioned here that the Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated the exhibition on August 4.The Chief Minister went round the exhibition and interacted with the artisans and craft persons participating in it. He lauded their skill and said that they have preserved and enriched the handicraft tradition of the state.
The Chief Minister dwelt on the efforts made in Madhya Pradesh for the betterment of craft persons in the state. He hoped that the exhibition would be a grand success. He had a special word of praise for new designer saris and other dresses displayed in the exhibition.Dinesh Malviya
