Smt. Archana Chitnis extends best wishes to candidates

On the eve of these examinations, School Education Minister Smt. Archana Chitnis reviewed the preparations by holding talks to senior officers. She instructed them to ensure proper facilities for candidates and security at exam centres. There should be facilities of drinking water, light, health etc at the centres. The teachers, employees and officers deployed for exam duty should discharge their duties well. She told district collectors and superintendents of police to keep a constant eye on the situation.
Smt. Archana Chitnis rang up officers of the districts which have sensitive and ultra sensitive exam centres and apprised herself of the situation there. She instructed the officers of Bhind, Datia, Damoh, Rewa, Sidhi and Singrauli to exercise extra caution. They should ensure adequate security arrangements and keep in constant touch with district and police officers. Instructions have been given to impose section 144 at the sensitive and ultra sensitive exam centres. She sought cooperation of all the district collectors and superintendents of police for uninterrupted conduct of these examinations.
Smt. Chitnis informed that 1-4 and 2-8 arrangement of home guards will be made at sensitive and ultra sensitive exam centres apart from a full-time observer for each sensitive/ultra sensitive exam centre. All the DEOs have been instructed for making adequate seating arrangements at the exam centres. Flying squads have been formed for keeping a constant vigil on the exam centres.

Archana Chitnis has extended her best wishes to the students who are going to appear for higher secondary and high school examinations beginning from March 3 and 4 respectively. Smt. Archana Chitnis has exhorted the students to secure better results by participating in the examinations with total concentration and honesty. The result of preparation made with hard work, concentration and dedication is always good. Besides, these examinations prove to be milestones in a student's life. Appear for the exam by determining targets. She has advised the students against use of any unfair means in the examinations since this makes their future bleak.
