Fly cheap and say no to five stars

The death of 5 girls in an East Delhi school is the headline in most dailies. "Stairway stampede in government school' is how the Indian Express puts it and adds that 'molestation led to the panic'.
An optimistic turn "Jet and pilots agree to end impasse"- writes the Times of India.
The Tribune and the Asian Age reports of the crash of a Mig-21 fighter jet near Muktsar in Punjab, in which the 22 year old pilot died on the spot.
An item titled "Security Breach' in the Hindustan Times says,"pilot took girlfriend on joy ride in chopper carrying Sukhbir'. The paper goes on to say that Badal's chopper had to make an emergency landing.
A lot of sporting action scheduled for today. The Hindustan Times calls it "Super Friday- Tennis in US, Boxing in Italy". "Slumdogs extraordinire on brink of glory" writes the Hindustan Times, of the two boys from a Bhopal slum who will represent India in the world fencing championship in Turkey.
"Fly cheap and say no to five stars" says the Statesman, of the advisory given to ministers. "Austerity leaves Congress ministers grumbling" writes the Tribune.
Even a Supreme Court order is not a deterrent for the Mayawati government. The Hindu says "despite court order, work goes on at UP memorials".
