As per directions given by Education Minister Smt. Archana Chitnis through videoconferencing, seven teams comprising senior officers have been constituted for constant inspection of schools. The teams constituted for each of seven divisions in the state will start functioning from the current month itself.
Commissioner Public Instructions Shri BR Naidu has constituted these teams headed by Additional Directors and Joint Directors with a view to ensuring qualitative improvement of education in government schools.
Besides, Director Public Instructions will also undertake surprise inspection of schools of any district. He will set his inspection programme in such a way that inspection is not made in a particular district more than once a year. He will also ensure that the inspection undertaken by him does not affect official work. Joint Directors Public Instructions can constitute teams of Deputy Directors subordinate to them. Shri Naidu has instructed officers to submit their respective reports within one week after the inspection.
The inspection team constituted under Additional Director Dr. Subhash Pachpor will visit Bhopal division in July, Sagar division in August, Indore division in September, Gwalior division in October, Jabalpur division in November, Ujjain division in December and Rewa division in January. The team led by Additional Director Shri PL Ahirwar will visit Sagar division in July, Indore division in August, Ujjain division in November, Rewa division in December, Bhopal division in January.
The team Joint Director Dr. KK Pandey will undertake tour of Indore division in July, Gwalior division in August, Jabalpur division in September, Ujjain division in October, Rewa division in November, Bhopal division in December and Sagar division in January.
Similarly, the team constituted under Joint Director Shri VS Saxena will undertake inspection of schools of Gwalior division in July, Jabalpur division in August, Ujjain division in September, Rewa division in October, Bhopal division in November, Sagar division in December and Indore division in January.
The team of Joint Director SS Gaur will visit Jabalpur division in July, Ujjain division in August, Rewa division in September, Bhopal division in October, Sagar division in November, Indore division in December and Gwalior division in January. The team led by Joint Director Smt. Asma Naseer will visit Ujjain division in July, Rewa division in August, Bhopal division in September, Sagar division in October, Indore division in November, Gwalior division in December and Jabalpur division in January.
