Decide fast on death row convicts :SC

The Supreme Court Directive to decide fast, on 26 pending mercy petitions is the lead story in the morning's news papers. The headline in the Pioneer reads " Decide fast on death row convicts :SC", while the Times of India notes "SC raps government for delay in deciding on mercy pleas".
Disgraced Pakistan Nuclear scientist A.Q. Khan finally admitting what the world has already known and suspected, that he exchanged and passed nuclear blue prints and equipment to China, Iran, North Korea and Libya, is also the lead story in many of today's newspaper. "AQ nails Pak's N-lies " headlines The Times of India while the Tribune reports " AQ Khan admits to Pak link with Iran, North Korea".
The Indian Express in a lead story "Can't milk your PSU's anymore , babus told", reports that government officials have been told that they can no longer use Central Public Enterprises as milch cows, for getting expensive mobile phones, chauffeur driven cars etc.
Good news for jawans who put their best foot forward at the daily retreat ceremony at the Atari Border which leads to painful feet and hurt backs, reports the Hindustan Times.
