Public Relations Department Credit Society honours talented students

Bhopal:Saturday, July 18, 2009:Updated 18:15IST Public Relations Minister Shri Laxmikant Sharma has said that a credit society is a friend in need. Addressing the general body meeting of Public Relations Department Employees Credit Society here today, Shri Sharma said that this credit society has not only strengthened its position but has also helped its members in their moments of happiness and sorrow. The Public Relations Minister also honoured talented students of Class V, VIII, X and XII on this occasion by presenting them mementoes.
The Public Relations Minister said that Public Relations Department plays an important role in development in this age of communication boom. Wishing for a bright future for honoured children, he said that success can be achieved by fixing goals in life and these talented children have proved this notion. The honoured students include;
Class V: Ku. Damini Sharma, Ku. Rajnandini Banode, Ku. Nishangi Verma, Ku. Anushri Sarkar, Shri Yogesh Banode and Shri Shekhar Malviya
Class VIII: Shri Akash Manjhi, Ku. Garima Joshi, Shri Ayush Jain, Shri Vishal Pal, Ku. Gauri Singh Biroriya, Ku. Zahra Fatima, Ku. Sania Khan, Shri Ayush Singh Chouhan, Ku. Asiya Khan and Ku. Priyanka Pal.
Class X: Shri Aditya Sunil, Ku. Bhavna Pal, Shri Parv Gupta, Ku Anushri Bhadoria, Ku. Kayenat Iftekhar, Shri Bilal Ahmad Ansari, Shri Shubham Gupta, Ku. Babita Dandpat, Shri Rohit Kumar Muhale, Ku. Deepali Tanwar, Shri Ashish Tiwari, Ku. Palak Prasanna, Ku. Ankita Jain and Shri Amil Patel.
Class XII: Ku. Roopali Tanwar, Ku. Priyanka Malviya, Ku. Anam Khan, Shri Nitin Pujari, Ku. Uzma Hashmi, Shri Amitesh Joshi, Ku. Vishakha Rajurkar, Shri Ramit Manwani, Ku. Shalini Mishra, Ku. Deepa Banode, Shri Anuj Jain, Shri Danish Ahmad, Ku. Arshi Khan, Ku. Shipla Shriwas, Shri Mithlesh Bakode, Ku. Neha Jain and Ku. Arti Pal. Each honoured student was given a memento, a watch and certificate.
Retired officers and employees of the department including Smt. Saroj Devi Jain, Shri Anand Hatvalne, Smt. Krishna Shrivastava and Shri Manmohan Gupta were also honoured at the function.
The function was also addressed by Additional Director Public Relations Shri Lajpat Ahuja. Senior officers of the department including Additional Directors Shri RMP Singh and Shri KA Kabir and large number of members of the credit society and employees were present on the occasion. President of the credit society Shri Ratanlal Verma and other office-bearers welcomed the guests. The programme was conducted by Shri Surendra Bhardwaj.
