The Chief Minister, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has expressed grief over an incident of violence between the police and the villagers that took place at Parsel village under Karanjiya police station in Dindori district.
Shri Chouhan has sanctioned an exgratia amount of Rs. one lakh each to the dependents of the deceased persons. Shri Chouhan has also announced an assistance of Rs. 25 thousand each to those who sustained serious injuries and Rs. 10 thousand each to the persons who received minor injuries in the incident.
The Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has also directed the district administration to make arrangements for treamtent of the injured on government expenses.
