Holds public hearing at Guna
Bhopal:Saturday, July 18, 2009:Updated 18:15IST Minister of State for General Administration, Narmada Valley Development and Aviation Shri KL Agrawal held public hearing on Saturday during his Guna stay. On this occasion both urban and rural people handed over their applications to the minister and got their problems solved. Shri Agrawal heard the problems of all the applicants and ensured their redressal through officers.Shri Agrawal said that Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has started Jan Sunwai (public hearing) programme to resolve problems faced by the common man in the state. District collectors, superintendents of police and all the district heads of departments are holding public hearings every Tuesday to redress problems of people.
This is a continuing process in which all the officers will devote time to solve people's problems. The objective of Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan behind launching public hearing programme is to help people get their works done smoothly and without any difficulty.
Minister of State Shri Agrawal instructed all the district officers to take public hearing programme seriously. Every application should be disposed of speedily and applicant should be informed about the action taken on his application.
