Bhopal:Friday, July 31, 2009:Updated 20:40IST The state cabinet at its meeting chaired by the Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan here today took several important decisions.
The cabinet endorsed the action of inviting six times more candidate instead of five times in the process of selection of Subedar/Sub Inspector/Platoon Commanders in 2007-08 by not taking action as per the sequence mentioned in Madhya Pradesh Police (executive) Service Recruitment Rules 1997. However, this decision would not be considered as precedence in future.The cabinet decided to allot 1.967 hectare land to Bhilai J.P. Cement Ltd, Babupur, district Satna at village Birhuli. Besides, it was decided to allot 183.190 hectare land to S.J.K. Power Ltd, Shahadol.
The cabinet also endorsed the decision to allot 401 acre land for establishment of Central Police Training College Training Institute V.I.P. Security Traffic Training Centre. It also decided to allot 5.48 hectare land to Mahan Coal Ltd in Singrauli district at village Amalia.
The cabinet also decided to allot 5.87 acre land to Madhya Pradesh Textbooks Corporation for construction of a godown on payment basis. It also decided to allot 8.94 acre land to I.T.B.P. Karera at village Raipur Dhamkan in Shivpuri tahasil.
The cabinet granted permission for filing up 134 direct recruitment posts of Naib Tahasildar.
The cabinet decided to make available bamboo at subsidized rates to Baiga community like Basod community. Members of Baiga community also earn their living by making bamboo items. They will be provided bamboo at the rate of 150 bamboo per family.
The cabinet accorded sanction to the revised set up and pay scale of Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation. It sanctioned 213 posts of different categories in the revised set up.
The cabinet endorsed the decision of relaxing the ban on fresh recruitments to fill up the temporary posts sanctioned for newly constituted 45 tahasils.
The cabinet endorsed the decision to make permanent five posts of Deputy Government Advocate in the office of the Advocate General at Jabalpur.
The cabinet accorded sanction for creation of eight new posts for setting up a separate examination cell in the Registry of the M.P. High Court.
