Rs 1 crore for Pipalrawaan nagar panchayat
Dewas:Monday, July 20, 2009:Updated 20:15IST Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the state government is working for the welfare of every section of society. It is making efforts to bring smile to everyone’s lips. With this objective in mind, Mahapanchayats of every section are held. In the same series, now a Mahapanchayat of women domestic help will also be held.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan made this announcement at a function at Pipalrawaan in Dewas district today. The Chief Minister also announced to give Rs one crore for development works in Pipalrawaan Nagar Panchayat areas.
This amount will be given in three instalments of Rs 30 lakh each and the rest of Rs 10 will be given after that. On the demand of villagers, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan announced to make Pipalrawaan up- krashi upaj mandi. The Chief Minister laid the foundation of and inaugurated development works to the tune of Rs 6.12 crore at Pipalrawaan.
Tourism, Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Shri Tukojirao Puar, MLA Khategaon Shri Brajmohan Dhoot, Dewas Development Authority Chairman Shri Raisingh Sendhav, Dewas Mayor Shri Sharad Pachunkar, Shri Madanlal Bhaskar, ex-MLA Shri Tejsingh Sendhav were also present on the occasion.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that one lakh recruitments to government service will be made this year including 28 thousand teachers and 30 thousand Anganwadi workers. He said that the government schemes are being implemented without bias towards any section of society.
The state government had also given bonus on procurement of wheat last year and will do the same this year as well. Budgetary allocation has been made for this purpose. Loans to farmers will now be provided at 3 percent interest. The Chief Minister said that he will redress every application received by him.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also distributed cheques to beneficiaries of Mukhyamantri Mazdoor Suraksha Yojana and Ladli Laxmi Yojana.
